I travelled to Adelaide for the opening of Trent Parke’s extraordinary exhibition opening ‘The Black Rose’ at the Art Gallery of South Australia. I’ve long admired Parke’s photographs – I’ve often seen his work at Stills Gallery in Sydney near where I live.
